(Bens Legacy x Way to Ggold x Ggold) Foaled 5/8/2012,

Beautiful colt with no name. Not used to naming Arabians, so much harder than Friesians ...lol

Just a couple of hours old here in these first 3 pics, 2 days old in the one with momma.

Anyone have any name ideas?

And we are not sure if he will stay the color he is, or will be grey like sire - any of you know? Comtemplating doing the hair testing thing I hear UC Davis does them.

We are very pleased with the little guy, super excited he is finally here!!! He is curious and spunky!

the pics are hard to see but I'm gonna bet he will grey out like his sire. But more pics of him in better light will make it a bit easier to tell. Either way he is adorable!

Very, very nice foal. I'm a fan of your Ben horse and am excited to see how he's produced for you. How is mom bred?

Be careful of the words you say, and keep them soft and sweet. For you never know, from time to time, which ones you'll have to eat.

Looking for white hairs around he eyes works pretty well. If you see even one, he is probably grey. Once he starts to shed out around his eyes you should know for sure. He is sure handsome. I bet he would wear grey well.

Traditonally, the PP (Pure Polish) horses are named for the dam line. So for this little guy, that would be the letter "W". "W" would be a fun letter to come up with name for this little guy.

oh yes, definitely a grey! The dark hairs on his legs are a tell tale.

Now I thought the dark hair had to be black and usually mane is black? He doesn't have any black on his legs, he is light colored on the legs above the white. Maybe I need to take pics in the sun...so far no white hairs seen around the eyes, maybe after foal coat sheds...I like his current color and I like grey so overall I don't care, but naming him would make a difference on what I would pick.
