sometimes interesting things just drop into your lap.... we are pleased to introduce KA De Javu, a 1997 sabino stallion, offered to us in lease by Triple L Arabians. "DJ" is showing his age, and did have a very rough start in life before the Olsons got him, but he is very personable and has a pedigree i really like. he is *padron/*bask on his sire's side and lots of crabbet on the dam side. three crosses to gazon, two to *aramus. plus he has belly spots and quite a bit of white speckling behind both elbows and on his chest wall.

DJ is here for two years, it will be interesting to see how he crosses on some of my mares.

halloween IS the proper time for bat-turd crazy, isn't it????

here is DJ just off of the trailer, a little dusty, but i wanted to put up photos right away of course :)

He definitely resembles his Crabbet lines. I like chestnuts with lots of white. Good luck with him and hope he gives you lots of nice color babies.

Sometimes it is good to be 'bat-turd crazy' and take that chance that may never come again. :) I did, and I am very happy with the foals that my 28 year old stallion continues to grace me with.

Bat-Turd crazy, lol! Sheila, love it, and love the new boy!

I think he resembles his Crabbet lines as well, and chestnuts with lots of white are pretty much a favorite for me too! I'm very excited to see what the next few years holds for Innishfael Farm!

Got MANE???? :D
If you had to pick a horse to go batty over, I'd say you could have done a lot worse! Look at all those crosses to Ferzon...
Very handsome lad, sure hope he sires some gorgeous babies for you!
