Chris: The Leepers are now in BC.
Jetstream: I'm about an hour east of UWO, and have trained schoolmasters to learn on. See my website at the bottom of this message. :) E

Great thread.I just started Dressage a couple of years ago and unfortuntly my gelding got scared by something and went over the fence, broke a wooden t post a metal tpost and bent another. He had to have stitches in his right hind leg and he hasnt moved as

well ever since. My other gelding is just coming of age to start under saddle. He has a wonderful lengthened trot that looks soo smooth can't wait to start riding him.Anyway, you will be doing LOTS and LOTS of circles.Lol.I was so tired of trotting circles.

One thing I was having the most problems with was opening my hips and lengthening my leg and she had me trot circles standing up in the stirrups. It really worked, lol.Has any body else had to do that or have heard of someone else doing that??Lol

Well thanks for the advice everyone! It certainly is a new world, but the more I learn about it, the more excited I get!

Almaz, you have definitely caught my interest! For first semester my horse is staying at home, but I might look into moving him to Ontario for second semester, and if that happens, I'm very interested seenig if you have space to board/train him!

A major loss then for the London community! ;-)
When did they move? I knew Des was getting close to retiring.

I guess that now makes Almaz the best Arabian friendly Dressage instructor near UWO!

You mean these? Unfortunately Canada is never on the ball getting the new tests out to their members early. I took the liberty of finding the .pdf files a few weeks ago.

Yup! Notice gait score is now 1 down from 3, there are 3 areas for the rider to be reviewed. ALL the training level tests now have the stretchy circle. Only 3 tests per level, not 4.
