Ok, I need fingers crossed that Flame gets in foal to Indy. She has had 4 pregnancies (ET)  but never allowed to carry a foal to term. We are working to get her bred to Indy and hopefully she will carry a foal to term.  Thanks for praying we see a little black dot :)

Two black dots so far .... waiting again this eve - checking dot again for third time. Two more dots will be sought next week sometime.

Third little black dot still there with a fluttering heartbeat - day 33... Nestled snugly amongst all the cysts, Dang !  now to find enough area to attach, so  recheck in 30 days. This is my "breeding challenge"  mare.. age 20 , looks 5.  Deserrt Song bred to Faramond BPA.

Mares bred to Sundance Kid  yet to be checked next week.

Cute thread :)

Two black dots for me so far this year! And I already know what colors they are going to be! First chestnut, second black :)

Carabella (Gari Dill Marlow's beloved broodmare) is safely in foal (bred March 7) with a heartbeat check to Montana Firenze.

and now so excited that we got this one in foal! Sweet Success CV is by Desperado V and out of a Bask Knight daughter we leased her for Casanova MLM (by RB Cavalier++) and she had some serious issues with infection, lots of fluid, and has not been bred in 12 years (I know, not the best prospect to lease) but after only two attempts she is safely in foal at 14 days today! Crossing fingers she is still in foal at the heartbeat check. I'm hoping for a phenomenal western pleasure/dressage prospect to campaign and help our young Casanova get a foal out there in the ring early!

And I still have 1 to check, 2 more to breed... we may eliminate one as 5 foals, even with partnerships, is a lot!

Awesome thread!!  We currently have three LBD's with heartbeats:)  We are picking up a mare that was bred the past 3 days tomorrow and will check her in 2 weeks along with one more we bred at home. Then we have two more mares to AI in about 10 days or so, and our vet has leased our Polish race bred mare to breed to her Jack for an endurance racing mule!!  Her current endurance mule is Half Arabian and he is getting older, her baby mules are the cutest things ever!

So here are the three LBD's so far...

Lady Majorette by DS Major Afire and out of VP Mi Fairlady (Gold Kruggerand X Mi Tiffany Du by Meczet)

for a full sibling to Khalifornia Dreamin

MissTwo Golden Grace APHA Norfleet/Leo bred tested dunalino overo

also in foal to CJA High Khaliber

We will have more foals next year than we have ever had, but we are hoping for fillies from the 4 mares we bred to outside stallions.  If we get girls, they will be retained for our band as many of my mares are getting up there in age.

Thank you slightsey:)  Hope I'm not crazy with the ABV twice and Bask 6 times, lol:)  Hoping for a filly that I can eventually cross back on CJA High Khaliber who is the most laid back, calmest stallion ever!
