I love horses but Arabian's will always have a special place in my heart. I own two pure-breed and I am going to be breeding a half Arabian with coming year.

I grew up out in that "outrageously expensive" beautiful part of the country. I owned my first Arabian growing up in Sebastopol, CA. Every year as a youngster I used to go watch the Arabian horse shows at the Sonoma Co. fairgrounds and my love for the breed was instilled at a very early age.

I have been out in Oklahoma for 18 years now and the COL is much more affordable and what I like the most is access to more places to ride than I had in California. I do not miss all those "Private Property" and "No Trespassing" signs that were EVERYWHERE. I even rememeber our old landlord telling me that my horses' hooves were going to "ruin the soil" if I rode through the 50 acre apple orchard that we lived on!
